Acorn Moving and Delivery were great! They treated our piano with love and care (and moved it in the absolute pouring rain), and spent the extra time to get it just right on wood floors (we made them hold it up so we could put piano casters underneath to protect). We must've said "a few inches to the left, wait, no, one inch back right" 10 times and they were great sports and made sure it was juuuuuust right. Next time we'll have them load up the piano, and all our stuff!

I got to work with this team after a frustrating move and a frustrating day. They were extremely punctual - as in, not just there but set up and ready to go by the time we had set.
Listening to the two movers who showed up was an education. They were clearly working together to solve a problem (how to get my piano up and down the stairs that I had so badly underestimated), and they were collaborative, keeping their sense of humor with each other and with me throughout the process. They brought all the proper equipment, protected pianos and floors, etc, and clearly knew how to do their jobs.
Seriously, great company, highly recommended.
