Jamie G. says, "Wow where do I begin...I have always worked out and have been in the gym since high school; I am 44 now. I had gotten to where I was becoming a mushy middle-aged lady, and regardless of what I did, I just could not see physical results...not to mention hormones were taking over and I was gaining weight slowly but surely. Low and behold, the weight started dropping!! I have gotten more compliments about my physique in the last six months than I have in years. I am down 45 lbs, have better endurance and strength than I did in my twenties, and have kept the weight off for fourteen months now. I told him upfront, dedicating a hour a day or even three times a week was virtually impossible some weeks. He works with my schedule, which helps me stay committed and motivated. If I have a busy week and give him a time restraint, he comes up with a full workout, if I want to target an area, he finds a workout to torture that area, and if I am traveling for work, I pack my resistance bands and he gives me a full body workout I can do in my room. He knows his stuff and I have regained my confidence to wear the things I felt I could not for years. I cannot say enough about him except try it! What have you got to lose? Weight? LOL"See more
