We had a new roof installed, and the entire experience with On Tops Roofing was phenomenal. Our roof looks so good!Chris was our sales manager, and he was very kind and courteous. Getting an estimate was a very smooth and quick process. Our roof was leaking, so they fit us in sooner to get it replaced, and we are very grateful for that.Josh, our project manager, was very professional and communicative, and Hannah at the office was awesome.The staff at On Tops were on top of everything. They seem to have everything streamlined and run a well-oiled machine It was truly a pleasure working with them!

About 10 years ago, we interviewed a few different companies to replace our roof. We elected to go with On Tops Roofing, and I am so happy we did. At the time, their pricing was very competitive with the other companies. If anything they may have even been lower than some of the other estimates, but because I had seen so many of their signs in neighbors' yards we decided to use them. The work at the time was impeccable. Within the last 6 months, I have had two issues arise that needed On Tops' attention. Neither issue pertained to the actual work they had done, but they were more than willing to help. Their communication was prompt and efficient. They treated us as if they had just replaced our roof within the last year. I can't say enough good things about this company: timely, efficient, honest, trustworthy and reliable.

Use On Tops to install 2 roofs through years. First and only roofers called because of the trust in the company. Call 2 times through years with issues and On Tops responded promptly which is very important to me service after sale. Chris responded to my issues and explained my choices plus gave me time to make a decision without pressure plus answer all questions. Day of install staff was prompt very professional worked as a team. Project supervisor was there explained the processes to me with my install, also found defective plywood and explained my options, once made decisions called Chris made sure correct plywood was delivered and installed correctly. When install was complete clean up was if they had never been there. If I ever need anything for my roof On Tops will be the call I make plus I have and will recomend On Tops to friends and Family.
