I would like to take this time to say Carmen, and the wonderful ladies of "A Event to Remember" catering went beyond my expectations....Carmen was able to work with my budget, and still have an effective lunch for my company. Not only was the food delicious, but the atmosphere she , and her staff created for us. was remarkable.
