Peter is smart. He is both a highly skilled player and a talented teacher. I've only had one lesson with McKinley so far, but the approach was perfect. We focused on music, hearing/listening, scales, and theory as opposed to just working through songs. After that first lesson, my guitar playing is already more purposeful and less just hoping to land somewhere good. I'm looking forward to more lessons and continuing to improve my playing and singing.
