We recently moved in to a house and discovered the dryer wasn’t working and there was a problem with the microwave. Max was able to come two days after my husband put the request in. He told us the repair for the microwave would be more expensive than it was worth but was able to diagnose and fix the problem with the dryer in a short time. He also had to do this during a brief power outage! Max recommended that we get the dryer vent checked out as well which we are planning to do to prevent future issues.

Matt was great to work with! I scheduled an appointment on the app and he called to ask if I was available the next day so we got this knocked out right away. He answered right away. The technician was right on time. Cleaned out our dryer vent and took apart our dryer and cleaned that all out as well. Fantastic service. Will definitely use them again!

My dishwasher was leaking. The CLT Appliance repair technician phoned prior to his arrival, asked what I'd observed during a wash cycle, examined the appliance both visually and electronically. He discovered the dw hadn't been installed properly. He leveled it and ran a wash cycle while observing for leaks. There were none at that time.
