FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is all about building a relationship with the client, and we start with an initial consultation that is designed to do just that. During the consultation, we will discuss your needs, lifestyle and vision for the project, but more importantly, we will get to know each other. Once we decide we're a good fit for each other, we will create a comprehensive design concept and revise it until you are satisfied. Next is specifications and procurement of all necessary items, then the moment you've been waiting for... installation! We're here to guide you every step of the way, with as much (or as little) designer involvement as you want. At the end of the day, we're here to help you create the home of your dreams!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Design has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Although I've learned much of my design knowledge through experience, I figured a little formal education couldn't hurt! I received my B.F.A. in Interior Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, then went on to obtain my Master of Arts in Design Management from Savannah College of Art and Design (the best of the best!). Through these programs and professional experience, I am well equipped to assist you with any design needs you may have.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with clients of all types on projects of all sizes. Some customers simply want to hang pictures that have been collecting dust, others want to give their entire home a facelift. No matter the project, our clients are all seeking the same thing: to make their house feel like a home. Our clients want a friendly, professional and creative designers that can understand their needs and translate them into a successful design. Our clients have been a joy to work with and we know the feeling is mutual!
