- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The in-home academic school year Monthly Tuition is payable in 9 monthly installments of $145 for 30 minute lessons, $205 for 45minute lessons, and $250 for 60 minute lessons. The school year begins September 3, 2018 and ends May 31, 2019, then the Summer session begins. Summer session is optional but recommended. The tuition is the same amount each month regardless of the number of lessons or events in any month. There are 36 lessons in the academic school year and lessons will follow the CMS calendar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After learning the age of the student and the instrument of choice I like to find out about interests and personality traits to make the best student/teacher match. That relationships is very important.
