We LOVE School Of Rock~ Charlotte. Our daughter was proficient in playing her instruments (lead guitar and bass) when she became a student at #RockHaus; however, wanted to branch out in the styles of music she preformed, as well as enhance her stage persona. WOW, did she ever!! She has gone from feeling uncomfortable moving on stage to looking as if she has been on stage for years. She has stepped out of her comfort zone, trying keyboards, drums and really astounding us by singing vocals...she had never sang alone in public in her life! This is all thanks to the encouragement and support of the truly gifted musicians who teach at the BEST ROCK SCHOOL in the region. There is always a smile, a friendly face and support as the fabulous staff meet the students where they are...from the tiniest beginner student, through adults, everyone is treated with respect, excitement and joy. Jill Livick, SOR General Manger, is genius at running the school. To see her interact with parents on such a professional, yet personal level lets you know that each student matters. She loves what she does and it shows. For Jill, it isn't about the bottom line, it is about giving the students a voice and then seeing where it leads. I absolutely recommend School of Rock for anyone who is ready to learn to play an instrument, sing, perform, make friends with other musicians and gain confidence. You will find lessons, workshops, performance opportunities, incredible shows and working, caring musicians as instructors...I couldn't ask for anything more.

We offer private music lessons on guitar, bass, drums, keys and vocals for kids and adults along with the opportunity to play in a band! We also offer one-day workshops that are designed to help you develop your technique and truly master your craft.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There is no need to be nervous when signing up for lessons! We love helping each individual gain personal confidence and accomplish their own musical goals. Our staff teaches hundreds of lessons a month to students of all ages and ability levels. Also, all our our teachers are background checked and certified through our School of Rock system.
