Since 2022-2025 NC, I’ve been a Maintenance Technician overseeing residential facilities across large properties. I maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; diagnose and remedy mechanical and appliance failures ranging from GE refrigerators to washers. I coordinate schedules with residents and management, ensure minimal downtime, and travel extensively to deliver reliable service. I collaborate with contractors, communicate project status clearly, and prioritize customer satisfaction even working nights, weekends, and holidays. My role combines hands‑on technical skill, proactive troubleshooting, and strong client relations.
