Had to cancel job as contractor doing my remodeling went ahead and installed TV wall mount. When I called Andrea at AMS Audio to let him know and to offer to pay for the TV mount that he had purchased for my install, he said that that was not necessary and that he understood my situation. He had every right to be upset in my cancelling and requesting payment for the TV wall mount, but Andrea was very professional and considerate in his response.

Andre Settles removed our broken wall-mounted TV and replaced it with ease. He also consolidated our remotes so they operated in a more efficient manner. We were very pleased with his work.
