FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One thing that sets us apart is that on every estimate we ask our clients if they have a budget in mind for the work they want done. If it is possible for us to stay within that budget we absolutely will. Our pricing is extremely competitive and we quote differently for different situations without cutting corners, for example, for someone selling a house we’d recommend a cheaper paint than someone who is just moving into a house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our communication with our client begins from the time they first reach out to us. To make sure we are giving you an accurate estimate, we schedule a time to come look at the work that needs to be done. From there we walk our clients through our process for accomplishing their needs and give them solid numbers. Upon earning their business we will ask our customers for colors, sheen etc and schedule a date to start. We are in contact with our customers regularly as work is being performed to keep them informed and to make sure the work being performed meets their standards. We also keep a neat workspace as we realize it’s an inconvenience to have people in your home. Not until the work is complete and our customer is happy so we ask for any money.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you hire a reputable contractor that is going to use quality products. It’s very cliche, but cheaper is not always better, and unfortunately with paint, it’s going cost more to fix something that’s messed up, than it would have cost to hire the right contractor from the start. Secondly don’t pay your contractor upfront. Unfortunately not all contractors are created equal and some will take your money and never show up. At Perfection Painting Pros we don’t ask for payment until our customers are completely satisfied.
