- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You are priced three different ways: -Hourly rate -Non-binding estimate (based strictly on weight of shipment) -Binding Estimate (agreed upon price between parties) guaranteed or not to exceed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every job and everyone the same. Their job is our only focus throughout their move. Whether you are a new customer or a repeat we handle your items as if they were our own. We are big on communication as well. We generally reach out to the customers a couple days in advance to make sure they are ready to go. If they are not, we are here to help to make sure they are. We also give a courtesy call the morning of to ensure the customer we are on the way. Our phone is always on loud and if a customer has any questions or concerns we are there to answer it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by one of the best to ever do it at another moving company for a year.
