- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat hourly rate that includes: ** Clean 30, 26 or 16 ft long box truck ** Crew of 3 or 4 professional movers ** Equipment necessary to do your move (Hand trucks, dollies, skids, straps, blankets, plastic wrap, & tools). ** Loading, unloading ** Padding with blankets and plastic wrap to protect your furniture, for a damage free move ** Assembling and disassembling ** Basic Protection plan for any article damaged or lost
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do request the regular information, as name, phone number, email, pick up and destination addresses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are properly licensed to perform moves within NC and to any state in the United States
