FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not really complicated. Let's start with the basics. A 50% deposit is required on all bookings and services, longer time lengths cost more than shorter ones and solid quotes can ONLY be given by one of our managers after speaking with a customer about booking details.__________________________________________ DJ BOOKING - Our general basic DJ Performance package includes the DJ, speakers for up to 50 people and dance floor lights for up to 25 people.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of bookings we get are DJ bookings. DJ's are a vital aspect of any event they keep things on schedule and make announcements that are needed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you give all the details of what you're looking for. Sometimes customers assume certian things and that can lead to confusion. With that being said don't forget to ask plenty of questions...lots of them. This way, you won't be surprised. Secondly be cautious of anyone who does not carry or portray a professional image. If they don't care enough to have high quality marketing material, a nice website and overall pleasant personal attitude and appearance. Just imagine what the service they provide will be like. Never, ever do business with any vendor that operates without a contract. Doing so can be disastrous! But, beware of DJs who advertise hype. Too much hype can get cheesy. The music should speak for itself and the focus should be on you and your guests, not the DJ.
