I'm Veleska Edwards in Winston -Salem, NCAA and Ryan has prepared several meals for my family, his cooking is outstanding! Every meal was prepared skillfully and was delicious! I was impressed which his neatness and his knowledge of cross contamination, that was a plus! He sarrived in a timely manner and the food was served promptly. I was impresses withe the quality of the ingredient, produce, meat and seasons. Everything was fresh, nothing frozen or processed. He is a very personable, friendly and well dressed. He even allowed and encouraged my two teenaged boys to participate, with my permission of course. I encourage you to use his services!

Nice experience.. got two plates for me and my mom, she can’t stop talking about it ! The slaw was pretty decent too....

I booked hydreaux seafood for a friend's bday. Chef Ryan was professional,food was great, everyone loved it. I would definitely use him again.
