- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• Our pricing is based on the frequency of use, and the amount of desired training time: $65-71/Individual...1-on-1 Personal Training Session $54/Person...for 2-on-1 or Partner Training • Sessions range from 45-60 minutes in length. • We pride ourselves in the ability to structure our training plans to fit any budget; making it both comfortable and affordable for everyone - in order for the training process to become sustainable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to do a thorough deep dive with our new and potential clients to find out exactly what it is they're trying to accomplish and why. This gives us a chance to both hear the client’s fitness goals as well as conduct a training readiness evaluation. Our start-up process also gives you, the client, the optimal opportunity to evaluate our training process. The trainer-client relationship is a crucial one; setting that foundation is critical. From there we would do additional physical assessments of the client's fitness and health as needed, and we would design a program to accomplish the client’s fitness goals. After that…we get to work in the CHANGE ZONE!
