I hired PD windows to replace two broken windows at my rental property. Jason from PD windows is responsive. He quickly came estimate the cost and got measurements of the windows. His price is very reasonable (better than the quote I received from another company). The job was nice nicely and promptly. I will hire PD windows for more jobs in the future!

I chose Calvin and Energy Masters because I was impressed with the following: he came a few minutes early, he brought a sample of the window and showed me in detail how it worked, he answered all my questions, and most of all, he was enthusiastic about his product. I believe in supporting small local businesses, and it's just he and his wife. He measured my windows, and was able to give me a quote right on the spot, so I knew up front what the cost would be. He fought hard for my business when my HOA gave him a tough time with a lot of questions and were elusive when he tried to get in touch with them. I got really frustrated with my HOA, but Calvin hung in there. We finally got the green light and he ordered the windows. His workmen were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They really took their time to do a good job with the installation and showed me how to operate the windows. Calvin was even kind enough to paint the trim around the outside window frame when the old window was removed. Unfortunately, a few days later, one of the windows broke on its own, so I called Calvin and he immediately ordered a new one, at no cost to me, thanks to the lifetime guarantee. He told me it was probably due to a manufacturing error. The replacement took just a few minutes--the defective section (not the entire window) was removed and the new one was popped in. Easy! Calvin even followed up with me after the job was done to see if I was satisfied with everything. My new windows are beautiful and so easy to operate. I've even received a compliment on them from my next-door neighbor. All in all, I would recommend this company in a heart-beat!
