I contacted Steele Restoration to file my claim and help me with my insurance company to replace my roof and gutter system due to hail damage. They were responsive and communicative in each step of the process. Super easy installation of both roofing and gutter system. I highly recommend them.

When I hire a contractor I expect three things. You show up to work on the day that is scheduled and on time. You do everything you say you're gonna do. And finally, you answer your phone, messages or emails with in 24 hours. Steele Restoration did all three. The owner Greg, makes everything super easy. He sticks to a timeline and delivers on everything. His job site foreman is amazing and does whatever he needs to do to make sure everything goes smoothly. His roofing crew worked their asses off on a very big, very steep roof. They cleaned up everything and answered any questions I had during the process. The office staff is a 10 on a 10. They were so friendly and so helpful. My roof looks absolutely amazing. We've already had several inches of rain and there were no issues. Im not a review writer , but this company definitely deserves credit for being top notch. I highly, highly recommend.

Our friend, Leisa, recently used Steele restoration of Charlotte and asked me to write this review on her behalf;Steele Restoration of Charlotte restored our home on the lake!!! Every step of the way Greg and his crew were fabulous!!! The crews (roofing and gutters) came on time and got everything done in one day! They protected our foundation plants and left the yard immaculate! They also worked with our insurance to get the roof covered! Mom and I are both thrilled!

I contacted Steele Restoration after a hail storm to check for hail damage. Our roof was relatively new so I didnt want any damage to impact our roof. Steele was so easy to work with. They came to my house promptly to explain the process, scheduled the adjuster to inspect the roof and got our roof repaired in a very timely manner. Everyone I worked with at Steele or spoke to on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.ThanksAshley Duncan

I had a great experience. They worked directly with my insurance company, showed up when they said they would and did a great job with the roof. Chad was great and Joanne in the office was too. Would definitely recommend.
