Phyllis S. says, "Diego responded within 10 minutes of my inquiry. We arranged for him to come over between 4:30-5:30 to assess the situation. He went under the house to check the drain pipe from the bathtub. He took pictures of the problem. Wacky pvc joints the made the water drain uphill into the cast iron pipe! He did snake out the pipe so tub is draining well now but he did explain that it would, at some point, reclog. He is going to send me an estimate of the repair. I will definitely use Diego for any plumbing issues I have. He was friendly, professional and made sure I understood everything! Support a small business. Call Diego at DY Plumber"See more

Tim M. says, "A slow draining kitchen sink became a Clogged Kitchen drain on the evening before THANKSGIVING! (of course right?) Anton responded immediately and said he would be out at 9AM on Thanksgiving. He and Chris were awesome. Was a tricky clog but they eventually got it and the water went down. Couldn't have been nicer. Knew what they were doing. Very respectful of the house taking care not to damage anything. Both were great guys and they literally saved our Thanksgiving with a house full of relatives! We were very THANKFUL that they showed up as promised and solved the problem. I will be glad to call them again if needed. I took a chance, you don't need to, they are great!"See more

Bridgette H. says, "Anton showed up late one night and worked for 2-3 hours trying to clear the drain lines to my septic tank. He determined that the drain line was likely clogged by roots and we made arrangements to come and put in a two way clean out. He came the next day and discovered the entire drain line from the house to the tank was an old orangeburg pipe which normally lasts 30-50 years. This one was more than 60. It had collapsed in on itself. He gave us a price to replace the whole piece, he came back a third day and did just that. Not a single problem since. Excellent communication. Great value. Will definitely be calling for all plumbing issues."See more
