He determined that the drain line was likely clogged by roots and we made arrangements to come and put in a two way clean out. He came the next day and discovered the entire drain line from the house to the tank was an old orangeburg pipe which normally lasts 30-50 years. This one was more than 60. It had collapsed in on itself. He gave us a price to replace the whole piece, he came back a third day and did just that. Not a single problem since. Excellent communication. Great value. Will definitely be calling for all plumbing issues."See more
