- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a fee once I understand your sources of income. Once we agree on the fees I will send an engagement letter with the terms of our agreement and fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Review tax position -Provide fee quote -Send an engagement letter -Invite to a secure tax portal -Send a document request list through the portal -Prepare tax return within 1 week after receiving the signed engagement letter and documents on the request list -Send the return to you for review through the secure portal -Once approved, I will electronically send you the return to sign -E-file the return -Send an invoice
