Daniel was prompt, courteous, responsive, reasonably priced, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. The original request was to replace a hot water heater, but he also did a small bathroom repair at no extra charge. I would highly recommend.

Cody and Tony did an excellent job installing my new water heater and making sure that everything was up to code. The difference between my old hot water heater and my new unit is like night and day. I was really impressed with the workmanship of the installation process and the performance of my new water heater. Morris-Jenkins is the Gold Standard when it comes to HVAC and Plumbing. Morris-Jenkins installed both my furnaces and air conditioning systems and they all run smoothly. When ever I need service they are on time every time. I really appreciated the suggestions and advice I received from Bryant Starnes, and would highly recommend Morris-Jenkins to any homeowner or business owner.

Very honest, reliable hardworking gentlemen. He was checking for water leaks and replaced equipment on toilets. He also checked why one shower was not receiving hot water and provided precise information. Fair and reasonable pricing. To anyone considering hiring him, you definitely will not be disappointed.

Israel has been prompt and very courteous, he even offered to loan us heaters until he was able to get the part that would fix my broken furnace. (We did already have some space heaters, thank goodness) The pricing was fair and we plan to sign up for his yearly maintenance plan. I would highly recommend Israel with Air

I had a leak in my chimney which caused water damage. Louis fixed it all at a reasonable price. Not only did he fix that as he got to my home I asked him to fix several more things. He replaced my water heater and moved it from the kitchen to the basement and he also fixed a ceiling fan. Louis was a pleasure to work with. He was on time and efficient. I will use him again for several all other projects that I have. Thanks Louis

Very prompt and courteous service. Pricing was very moderate compared to competitors in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. The man is very experienced so that is a plus. He came out to change a water heater. I had hot water in less than 5 hours!

Rapp's HVAC and plumbing installed 2 new furnaces, 2 HVACs, new plumbing and a tank less water system. You judge a successful business by your last happy customer. Well I'd say your business is successful because of the employees you put on the front line. Aaron Knight is extremely professional, honest, genuine and thorough. He demonstrates a work ethic above others and I've shown my appreciation by forwarding him at least 4 referrals already since our completed job which have turned into signed contracts. I can't say enough how appreciative we are of Rapp's employees and especially Aaron Knight. Thank you and I look forward to working and giving you referrals for years to come.

We had our hot water heater go out...Shawn proactively reached out to me, and answered all of my questions. He was able to get an idea of the issue by asking some questions, showed up with the right part, and did the work in less than an hour! He is VERY well priced, and has e-invoicing, etc. I really enjoy supporting small, local businesses and Shawn definitely earned my future business and referrals. I would highly recommend Shawn's service...

My hot water heater went out. I contacted Jay Jackson with Rapid Response Appliance and his team stopped by to assess the problem. The attic unit needed to be replaced. Jay was very professional explaining what was needed and provided a reasonable cost. We agreed to his service and the unit was promptly installed. The unit is working great. We are thankful for the quick turnaround and quality service. I highly recommend Rapid Response Appliances.

Our water heater burst last week while we took the kids to Carowinds. The water dripped all the way through the ceiling from upstairs. Insurance came out to asses the damage. For the plumbing issues they recommended Ben Franklin to me. I called them and they were able to come out that day and look at the issue. I had a new water heater installed the next day!

Great tile work, okay plumbing work. Didn't clamp pipe to stud, so shower arm wobbles now. Installed pex for the tub spout, should have been copper. Water wouldn't turn hot, so I had to take apart mixing valve to adjust. Overall, for tile work, I definitely would hire again.

I did quite a bit of online research before deciding to install a tankless hot water heater - which kind to get and who to get to install it. The deciding factor was the free quote done in person. They were willing to stay for as long as it took to answer all my questions and review all the options I had available. My questions via Thumbtack were answered within minutes even after hours when it was something I expected to wait for until the next day. I'm not an easy customer and I was always treated with patience and respect. The job was finished in the time frame promised and they were neat and clean. I have waited several weeks to post this review so that it would be complete and comprehensive. There was one issue on the evening the job was completed they were out at 7:00 am the next morning and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes. The service, the product and the installation have all exceeded expectations. Their price was in line with other quotes I had received. (When you are spending nearly $3K a hundred here or there is of little consequence when you are talking this quality of work). If you are considering plumbing work of any nature they get my most serious recommendation. If you are considering a change to tankless you will never regret that decision. Ours was hooked up to the existing propane tank rather than natural gas and the hot water is more than sufficient for what we need. Due to the location of our old tank the tankless unit had to be moved to a different location to meet venting requirements. It takes a little longer to get the hot water to where we need it but that is a minor thing. After getting the first electric bill we saw the decrease in cost. I researched the company that manufactured the unit they recommended and I was blown away. The warranty alone was enough to make it the only choice! A very reputable company that had been in business for about 100 years and not one that I had found on most sites I visited as you'll not find them in your local big box store - they are next level. I anticipate over the life of the unit we will see it pay for itself. We had guests over the Labor Day holiday which pushed the limit to what we thought would be over the limit but never ran out of hot water! With the seemingly endless hot water, the electricity savings and the added value to resell tankless is a must do!! And Pipeline Plumbing is the only folks to do it.
