Carmen is so easy to work with. She took the stress out of wedding planning. I gave her a budget and she went from there. She was very responsive to our request and made several changes to accomodate us and what our vision was. She even brought up things we never thought about, but we included them based on her suggestions. I labsolutely loved her and her "can do" attitude. Her patience is truly remarkable. Carmen was absolutely a delight to work with and I would recommend her to anyone.

Liane and her team were beyond amazing. Bartenders were prompt, friendly, dressed neat and tidy, and went above and beyond our expectations. Liane was very helpful and you could tell she knew her stuff after our first conversation. We met to go over the logistics and she asked every question you would hope an event coordinator would ask, she even asked about some things we hadn't thought about - which is incredibly helpful when you're planning a wedding on your own - it was a huge sigh of relief to have something taken off of your plate and know it would be handled exactly as you wanted. I had tons of things on my mind on my wedding day that I was worried about, Liane and her team were not one of those things. You'll be hard-pressed to find an event planner with the superb level of service that Liane offers. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Meeting Charity made the flower part of my daughters wedding so easy! Showed her the wedding dress and some ideas that the bride wanted and she created flowers that were just beautiful! I loved how they all came out- from the bridal bouquet / table flowers/ arbor flowers/- everything was perfect. The flower girls had these lovely floral headbands that matched perfect also to the wedding! We are so thankful for our experience and can only give positive review!

Graduation party for about 40 people. Spoke with Yvonne! She came and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable! Yvonne & her Yesm came out & set the tables, chairs & linens up as promised. I received 35 chairs, 9 tables & a bonus of chair coverings!! My backyard was transformed into what looked like a wedding reception. I am most pleased! I highly recommend this company!!

Amber Is amazing! She planned every aspect of our event so that all we had to do is meet with the vendors if needed. I also had her design our invitations, setup our website, handle RSVPs, and guest accommodations coming from out of town. This saved us so much time since we are both so busy with work. She also kept the pricing low so we didn't start off our new life together with losing a huge chunk of money. The month out she was even more incredible with coordinating all the vendors and making sure they were all on a timeline to walking the venue with us to ensure everything was setup how we envisioned. The day of I felt ZERO stress knowing she was handling vendor setup and guiding the wedding party. Everyone had a great time and I thank Amber for that and her amazing vendors. I am referring everyone to her and have already booked her to setup both my husband's Holiday Party and my birthday party. Cannot say enough great things about her and so happy I found her. Costs are greatly affected by region, with rural or smaller-town wedding planners often far more affordable than planners in higher-cost cities. Here are some examples of the various levels of wedding planning and their potential average costs:

    • Day-of-wedding coordination: $800-$1,700. Day-of services can include the planner finalizing all details, creating a timeline, confirming vendors and overseeing all setup, day-of activities, and cleanup. The couple does all the front-end planning and contracts all the vendors. Time commitment could be about 15-25 hours, depending on pricing.
    • Partial service: $1,500-$3,800. Here the planner works with the couple from the beginning, helping contract vendors, creating a timeline, and overseeing all details of day-of execution. Time commitment could be about 30-60 hours, depending on package and pricing.
    • Full service: $3,500-$8,000 or more.
