So I asked if they could assist in taking the inner drum out of my washer because I couldn’t do it first was told I was wrong about not being able to clear a clog on a Maytag from the bottom needless today. The whole time the tech was here he was polite and attempted to do something but for starters I already told them they couldn’t do it from the bottom and all they really tried to do is what I said wouldn’t work. Good effort I guess on proving me wrong but to no avail don’t see why I had to still pay 75$ for what I already knew instead now I’m where I started and 75$ down the drain for what I told them was not going to work. “The customer is always right” I’m sure they do good work on other stuff but sometimes listening would help a bit more
