Kevin is really knowledgeable and helpful. As a recent college grad new to North Carolina, I wasn't sure whether there was a bigger pest infestation problem that I should be worried about. He inspected my apartment thoroughly, explained what likely happened (likely just one cockroach), and told me helpful tips. He also helped me to stuff the door sill with steel wool. This is my first ThumbTack experience and it was fantastic!

Dave came in same-day at a time that was convenient for me and sprayed and baited for a cockroach problem. Rate is similar to other estimates, but Dave doesn't require a "contract" for repeated services -- will just come when needed!

I was having an issue with spiders. I live by a rather large lake and continued to have spider issues around and in my home. We had another pest control company doing our service for years and the problem never went away, the spiders just continued to come back after treatment. So, I met Chris from 1st Choice Pest Solutions while he was treating our law office and I informed him of my issue. He offered to come out to my home and see if he could help get rid of the issue. He came out and treated our home. He was very knowledgeable about different insect questions we had and very polite. He was way more thorough than our previous company and actually better priced! So we signed up for a quarterly service with 1st Choice and fired our previous pest control company. We haven't seen a spider since!!! A+ rating for these guys.

These guys are great! They are very knowledgeable & extremely nice. Not to mention extremely well priced. My husband & I use to have a pest control service with Terminix for about 2 years. I continued to have issues with them not scheduling with us & just coming whenever they wanted. Also they would do a minimal service and within weeks we would see spiders again. My husband brought home a business card of Chris's from a colleague of his at the hospital he works at. His colleague swore by this company, stating that they were simply the best. So we give them a call & long behold he was right! They are better priced, do a better service & always call us prior to coming out to schedule our service. Five stars isn't enough for this company. Just wish I would have found them sooner!
