I have been working with Michael for 2 years. He is absolutely everything I was looking for in a personal trainer. Very affordable which has enabled me to keep up at least 2-3 sessions per week which is essential for me because without our scheduled sessions, I simply won't make myself go to the gym. I've tried many gym memberships, group classes, meetups, etc, etc, etc over the years and the truth is, exercising just isn't my thing. But it is Michael's thing. He practices what he teaches. The other thing I love is he is not one of those stereotypical, over-the-top personalities. He is encouraging but not in that "omg! you're doing sooooo great!" way. I find that very annoying with other trainers. On the flip side, he also isn't in my face yelling which I do not find motivating either. I'm not the "boot camp" type, personally. But, I have a feeling he has that in him if you need it, lol! :) Overall, he has kept me going these last two years and I owe him far more than he will ever know for that. I could not recommend him more highly. Oh, and yes, I am seeing great results!!
My experience with CJ has been AWESOME !!!! I have been trainging for 6 weeks and I can't begin to describe the great experience I am having. Coming from a person who did not like the word "exercise" and boot camp was not in my vocabulary This is by far the best work out I could ever imagine. What I like most is first, CJ is genuinely concerned about Me. He actively keeps an eye on you throughout your work out. He modifies different exercises to suit ME. He has a wide range of exercises,no one class has been the same. He doesn't try to Kill you and break you down. In fact he builds you up both physically and mentally, while always offering healthy nutritional ideas and support. I highlight the word ME because that's how I feel when I go to work out each morning,CJ makes it feel like this experince is all about ME" even though there may be 4 others in the class. He goes beyond and above by investing in his business with a variety of things such as boxing gloves and bags, weights, Exercise balls and more. He is very patient, dedicated, inspirational, funny but yet stern. Keeps you focused and coming back for more......He is always on time, room set up, warm up exercise on board ready and filled out, meal planning recommendations for the day.... and daily incentives and rewards to redeem..... Top Notch quality and expertise. CJ is the Man One should come try it for one day and trust......you will be back I am 6 weeks in and still as excited as day 3, after the first and only epsom salt bath
Nick cares about his clients meeting and achieving their goals. He makes sure you use the correct form. Quality over quantity. The atmosphere is friendly. Boot camps are fun and the clients become friends.
I participated in Mirko's daily boot camp last spring and it went really well. It was Monday-Thursday and the occasional Saturday. Each day was different and he really was able to cater the trainings to each member of the boot camp. I always struggle with arm and shoulder exercises, so Mirko was able to offer a substitute exercise that still strengthened my upper body but didn't put pressure on my shoulders. I thought that was really great. I would recommend Mirko to anyone looking for a personalized training experience.
When I first started going to Rachels 5:30 A.M. boot camp I never thought I would last no more than a month 2 at the most, since that is how long I usually last when I start an exercise program or weight loss plan. I would grow bored frustrated with what I was doing and fall off all together. It has now been 7 months and I am still going strong and love working out with Rachel and a great group of people. If I happen to miss a session I dont feel right and my whole day is shot. We have fun and Rachel is a great trainer/friend who is there for you to help you succeed and be there if you are having a bad day. She knows when to push you to reach deeper into yourself to do that extra push up or keep that straight arm blank for that last 10 seconds when you dont think you can do it any longer and and at the same time doesnt make you feel awful if you cant When I first started working out I had several goals. Losing weight topped the list but more importantly keeping it off. Right now I have lost 30 pounds but more importantly I have not gained any of that weight back. Next get more energy I feel like I can do more than before I started working out when I finish a session I feel great and ready to face the day or sometimes even a whole week. And third I used to wear a belt and suspenders, now there I feel comfortable just wearing a belt and leaving the suspenders at home most days. I am still working on those goals and adding more goals as time goes by and I keep losing even more weight. I already completed two 5k run/walks and looking forward to doing more improving my time each time.
This is a great personal gym...the trainers take their time to make sure your firm is right and the exercise is pushing you at your level. The people are super friendly and fun to sweat with! I hate to exercise but I love going to boot camp...every night is a different work out and challenge....highly recommended no matter what level you are at in your fitness.
I have been a member of the Fit 4 Life family for about 5 months. My first introduction was through their Zumba classes, which are nonstop high energy. I am now taking boot camp classes and have seen many health benefits from my workouts. I have NEVER stayed with a workout for more than a month, but I feel motivated by Tiffany, her staff and other members. My endurance has increased,I am two sizes smaller and my stress level has been lowered. This is a lifestyle, not a fad!!

I have been working out with Janet for more than a year. I love that she comes to my house and really individualizes the workout to fit my needs, modifying on the spot if something isn't working for me. I have lost weight and gained strength. I can now do exercises I never thought possible. I have also attended two of her boot camps and am impressed with how she can watch each person and make adjustments as needed.

Darnyl is about as awesome as a personal trainer could be. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and built a workout program around those goals. He listened when I had concerns and tailored what we did to those concerns. Darnyl is a great motivator and had me doing things that I had no idea I could accomplish without me feeling like I was in a boot camp. He takes getting you to your goals very seriously and will do everything he can to get you where you want to be. If you show up and put your work in you will see results.
