Training with Gio was the first time that I had trained with a personal trainer. Prior to training, I was mainly focused on lifting heavy weights and minimal cardio. During the training process I discovered not only that I had significant muscle imbalances that had not been addressed with just lifting and also inflexibility. Thanks to Gio I was able to become more balanced and my flexibility increased tremendously!
Our daughter only gets a two month break from softball for the year so we decided to enroll her in some off season training. She loves Coach Dan and would go everyday if she could fit it into her schedule. He really pushes them and makes sure they are working to their full potential while maintaining correct form. When she went back to her first team practice a couple of weeks ago, her coaches were impressed with the improvement of her speed. She has never been very fast but when they timed the girls, she had the fastest time on the team. Besides her speed, we noticed she was playing with more intensity and confidence. She has always continued her softball drills, lessons, and workouts in the off season but 4F Sports Performance gave her something extra this winter. Now that team practice is back, she can only go to class once a week but she has already asked us to outfit our garage with equipment so she can continue her workouts at home!

I heard about Jovon through my boyfriend who is a member of the gym where Jovon is a trainer. I am now a member of that gym and use Jovon as my personal trainer. I had gained a lot of weight over the previous months and needed to get in shape. Jovon has been training me for around two months now and I have lost several pounds but more importantly several inches. I am so excited about that and it's all because of the excellent physical training from Jovon. He is very professional yet personal, taking his time with me to do everything correctly. He's very patient and makes the training fun. I would gladly recommend him to anyone. He will definitely help you get in shape.
I have been so impressed with the service I received from On-Site Workouts. After an initial thorough evaluation the workouts were set at the level of my current fitness. Every session is different which makes it much more interesting and it actually made me look forward to my next session rather than dread it! I loved that with each workout, time was spent concentrating on stretching and improving my flexibility, it wasn't cardio, cardio, cardio!!

Rick is the perfect trainer. He is gentle in his approach but you still end up with an intense workout. I saw immediate results, with improved energy and strength. You do end up working smarter and not harder. I would recommend him yo anyone.
Well I started on a journey with Shelly about 12 weeks ago. It didn't take long for her to figure out that I was in not so good shape. Her extensive knowledge in fitness and health is unmatched and she is She pegged my heart rate from 3500 miles away!! I confirmed it later with an actual heart rate monitor to be correct!! The fact that we are on two different coastlines, her on the East and I on the West, means that communication is key! Shelly accomplishes this in whatever way works and it's seamless. So far the training has been great she is taking "baby steps" with me and teaching me along the way. All the different steps to safely get me to my goals. From her direction we had to get the heart going first, without good cardio nothing will happen. She put me on a few different cardio exercises that are very intense but very beneficial. Shelly has made me aware of my bad eating habits and has directed me with ways to change my diet and get good nutrition without starving myself. Thank goodness!! So fast forward to where I'm at today.. I don't use a scale so the only way I have to measure success is by the complements I'm starting to get from people I don't see everyday and the fact that my clothes are fitting better and having to move my belt up a notch or two! Oh and the side benefit of getting healthier is the energy level that I now have! And with my lifestyle, that is very handy!! Lol I thank you Shelly Peterson for your patience and understanding that most times I need to be talked to and hand held like I'm a 4 year old. To all those that want to better themselves in Health and fitness, I strongly recommend Shelly! She is off the hook AWESOME!! And really knows her craft!
Living in a different city placed no limits on Shaq's personal training! He drives to his clients & is sure to accommodate their fitness needs by providing access to a nearby gym, the client's gym of choice, or even outdoor training. He really helped me get my body back on track. Although school and my stubbornness gets in the way, he makes sure to check in on my progress when we can't meet!
