About

Staying true to what drives me, I am able to bring amazing food to people. Culinary school gave me the skills needed to create while my work experience has taught me true customer service. Being from a Latin family I bring those traditions and cuisines to my customers. I also love to replicate other regional dishes and transform them to reflect who I am.

My husband and I was celebrating Valentine’s Day as well as our 8th anniversary and the experience we had went above and beyond our expectations. We will be booking Ismael again. Great food. He interacted with us and had great conversations. A+

This was our first personal chef experience and it was exceptional!! The 3-course meal was scrumptious and he cleaned up afterward! Chef Ismael is very professional, personable, and generally great at his craft. We'll definitely reach out to him for our next special event.

I enjoyed a scrumptious 4 course meal made by Ismael. The salad was probably the best I’ve had. Empanadas were my favourite! The pastries were pan fried to perfection and the filling was juicy and flavourful. Already craving more! Thank you Ismael!
