- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start off with an initial face to face meet and great in order to ask and answer questions and fill out any paperwork. I also like to take this time to find out if the potential client and I both meet each others goals and expectations. During our first session or 2 I will be constantly evaluating the clients strengths and weaknesses as it pertains to his/her goals. I will use this evaluation and assessment to develop our first 4 week plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. degree in Physical Education and Exercise Physiology from Averett University (Virginia). I also played 4 years of NCAA college basketball during my time at Averett. I have served as a physical education and health instructor in the public and Charter school sector for 6 years total.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in weight loss, muscle development and sports conditioning. I also offer nutritional and dietary consultation, and meal planning.
