They were so nice to work with my work schedule, they came the same day!! Mr. Tim Southard worked so hard and he educated me on the does and donts of what goes in the drain because i had an awful blockage. He solved the problem, no mess, was very up front about what he had to do and pricing. The price was very good. If it’s cheap it ain’t good and if it’s good it ain’t cheap!! I have already told other residents where I live about them and I told them to ask for Tim. He was a true blessing. This business is veteran owned. We have to support our local veterans!!"See more

In addition, they replaced my garbage disposal and repaired an inherited damaged under sink cabinet. For the master bathroom, they were very knowledgeable and provided recommendations with the design and budget in mind. Wilson was on time through out the process. For the sink, Fernando replaced my leaky garbage disposal in a timely matter. He even came back when I saw a leak. He discovered my faucet was causing the leak in which it has sealed. They later came back to repair the bottom of the cabinet per my inquiry. I was saved from buying a new cabinet. I enjoy working with them as they are preofessional and personable."See more

Still ongoing issue with washer drain getting backed up. Prompt callback and came out same day. Started to use a machine to help unclog pipes. Unsuccessfuland was charged $150 to be told to go get drain cleaner to help fix issue
