I live in an older home, and the backups and damage was not good! Even when there were other drains and issues he didn’t give up, went to the store for a new part and solved the issues as they popped up. He worked two hours on this Sunday. What a fantastic work ethic! I have found my new plumber! He was clear on what needed to be done to effectively resolve all of the issues. He was also clear on a solid price and didn’t waiver from that. I was very impressed and understand now why he has very good reviews! I will call upon this company when I need plumbing help again! They were so nice to work with my work schedule, they came the same day!! Mr. Tim Southard worked so hard and he educated me on the does and donts of what goes in the drain because i had an awful blockage. He solved the problem, no mess, was very up front about what he had to do and pricing. The price was very good. If it’s cheap it ain’t good and if it’s good it ain’t cheap!! I have already told other residents where I live about them and I told them to ask for Tim. He was a true blessing. This business is veteran owned. We have to support our local veterans!!"See more

Still ongoing issue with washer drain getting backed up. Prompt callback and came out same day. Started to use a machine to help unclog pipes. Unsuccessfuland was charged $150 to be told to go get drain cleaner to help fix issue
