Debbi Vandy says, "Well what started as a simple check of my kitchen sink drain and switching out the faucet turned into something very unexpected! Jaylen came out and began checking the drain line for the sink only to find out we either had a major clog down the line or the pipe under the concrete slab was broken. He worked for a good 2+ hours trying to break up what he was hoping was a bad clog. Jaylen came out the next morning with a camera to fish down the pipe to hopefully be able to get a visual. At about 20ft the camera wouldnt go any farther and the pipe was loaded with thick grease. He was very thorough in telling me my options all through the process. We set the appointment for the crew to come back to dig up the area that is in our living room where the locator detected the camera on the pipe. They prepared the area and walkways with plastic and got to work. It wasnt just a break. Unfortunately it was about 14ft of rotted out pipe that had been draining water straight into the ground. Jaylen, Dillon and Joe worked for most of the day digging out the trench through our living room and finally got to where the good pipe was. They put in new PVC pipe and then backfilled the trench with the dirt. I have to say their work ethic was great. They were very conscientious about cleaning up everything from the inside of the house to the outside. They swept and mopped everything. Joe provided me with name of a concrete guy that would be able to come and close up the trench. While this certainly wasnt what I was expecting, Im very happy that I contacted Cardinal Plumbing. The whole team of Chrissy, Jaylen, Dillon and Joe were outstanding to work with. Jaylen will come back tomorrow to finish up my original request of replacing the kitchen faucet at no additional charge."See more

From the initial phone call I placed on Sunday, 06-22-2026, spoke with Renea , in the office to setup an appointment, with such short notice, I explained our Hot Water Heater is messed up cause our running water to be cold, no Hot Water. She was so sweet, professional and kind and her recommendation on what their experts can do, she set the appointment for them to come out the next day, Monday, 06-24-2026 around 11ish to noon, she explained they will quote us on a Price/Cost of the work before they do anything.The contractors Harley & Ryan , arrived on time, around 11ish, ( I like giving nick names calling Harley Davidson and ORyan The Star , heeee, lol :) they looked over my Hot Water Heater and let it be known, it is leaking, they gave me the option to advised to have it Replaced with a New Hot Water Heater Tank, we have an electric Tank, they are very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. They are good. Harley did a fantastic job on how much it would cost before they started and their price was very affordable and worked well with my budget.I must brag they went Above and Beyond, the contractors Harley & Ryan did an exceptional job on replacing it. Everyone including Renea in the office, the team was incredibly professional. They were on time, kept the work area spotless, and the final bill matched the estimate exactly. They were so nice to work with my work schedule, they came the same day!! Mr. Tim Southard worked so hard and he educated me on the does and donts of what goes in the drain because i had an awful blockage. He solved the problem, no mess, was very up front about what he had to do and pricing. The price was very good. If it’s cheap it ain’t good and if it’s good it ain’t cheap!! I have already told other residents where I live about them and I told them to ask for Tim. He was a true blessing. This business is veteran owned. We have to support our local veterans!!"See more

Still ongoing issue with washer drain getting backed up. Prompt callback and came out same day. Started to use a machine to help unclog pipes. Unsuccessfuland was charged $150 to be told to go get drain cleaner to help fix issue
