The Path To Eternity says, "I called into American Standard the other day and got a hold of a kind associate who was patient and understanding with me. We had no hot water and the company came out to check my issue. It turns out my water heater had broken after nearly 13 years. The plumber Jose installed a new water heater in my crawl space which is about 3 feet high. I now have hot water and my family is happy. This was all accomplished within around 2 hours during the later afternoon.
