Got Mike to run a bootcamp for my family and its been fantastic. Every morning at 430 he comes and we workout for a hour. If someone is sick he comes on the weekend to make up. My family is a traditional southern family and we were all fat. After 2 months we are close to our goal weights.
I was a client of Michael and hid staff last year for almost a year. His bootcamp classes were awesome and he and his staff always brought the best out of everyone and were always motivating you to push beyond your limit. She shows all the moves and variations for all levels of ability and is checking on posture and giving positive reinforcement the whole time. Working out with CJ was a blast. I had never worked out a day in my life before joining his bootcamp. He made the workouts fun and entertaining while getting into shape and producing a major sweat.
