Jeff has been great from the beginning. After a horrible experience with another general contractor, Jeff was there to help us. Not only did he offer his advice on what he thought we should do, he made us feel more knowledgeable about the renovation and construction process. Jeff’s work is impeccable and he knows what he is doing. We will definitely be using Jeff in the future, hopefully on our dream home we plan to build.

Jeff Francis of Odyssey Custom Homes & Renovations has done an amazing job with my newhome. Though it is the smallest home he has built, we had tons of issues….Bad dirt, springs in the yard, wet weather that pushed out many scheduled processes. Jeff communicated regularly so we always knew what was happening. He got engineers involved to ensure a foundation that was secure. Jeff has so many design ideas and I appreciated them all. The countertops in the kitchen was his idea and it really makes the kitchen pop! I can’t say enough about His professionalism and knowledge! I would use him again!!!!

1) The bathroom and bedroom suite renovations look really beautiful. (2) The contract price was very competitive with other building contractors. (3) Additional work that was requested was completed with care. (4) All workmen were friendly and respectful of our home as they performed their renovations. (5) The contractor worked with us to obtain all the necessary products and material to make our bedroom suite and master bathroom magnificent." What could have been better was the process being more organized.

we price the job by sqft add in extras as needed and take in consideration how big the project is to keep are cost estimate down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get as much detaill as possible to price correctly, I work hard to save the customer money upfront so they can make a clear decision to move forward, then send over a cost estimate and follow up with a contract and start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 21 years in the construction industry, we started from the bottom up which includes customer relationship in warrenty . We are a full contact building company. we are professional in meeting with Engineers, Architects, Designers,County inspectors and officials, we take responsibility in what we do and do it well the first time.
