What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just ask ! :) I believe in making my services as affordable as possible. If that means doing some online training and some in person, or however we can work out the training schedule to fit your budget/goals!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like set up a free consultation to meet in person. I think it’s important to get to know one and other and see if it is a good fit for you. From there I begin programming and we start training as soon as possible!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications from NASM, ASFA, and AFAA. I have also Crossfit level 1. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I also maintain a current CPR and AED certification. I am currently continuing my education with NASM and will never stop learning as much as I can in the field.
