- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, we like to quote an initial price for Thumbtack, because this is the way the model is setup, but that can change after meeting with you, it could fall or rise depending on many factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know you through a phone call or sit down meeting. We want to understand your vision for the project. Once we understand what you are looking for we will send over a formal quote and contract that can be signed digitally. It's a simple and seamless process and we would secure a 50% deposit to put your date on the calendar. We will then move into the storyboarding / planning process of your video / photo shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife and I have a collective 15+ years in the Video and Photo industry. We have served companies as large as Samsung, Electrolux, Carolina Panthers, Atlas Copco, Bank of America and 100's of small businesses all around the country.
