Mr Reed,is well qualified to do his job;he shows a great deal of compassion for his work ensuring his clients received the very best that he has to offer. Mr Reed is skillful,professional,interactive and punctual,the exercise packages that he offers are of great value.It's a pleasure having him as my instructor. When researching for Personal Trainers,I never thought I would gain such an experienced caring individual,he has been doing corrective exercises with me for a month now and I have improved considerably.I struck "Gold",finding this young man.I'm extremely grateful. I am making these ,statements,bc I'm a professional person,just retired from the Health Care Field a year n a half ago,as a Licensed PTA Assistant,so I have a great deal of experience working with patients doing strength training exercises and walking. Patience is the key along with Words of Encouragement he gave me that and more.I also learned a lot from him in the past several weeks and Yes I would, highly recommend Mr Reed as a Personal Trainer!!!

Initially, I wanted Terry to just help me lost weight because it had gotten out of control for me. Terry has helped me understand what overall health means. He has developed customized meal plans as well as customized workout plans that not only help me lose weight but become healthier. I could not recommend him more highly to anyone that is seeking a personal trainer.

I've currently been working with Chuck and he is fun and very informative. I can see a change in my strength and he's very prodcutive when it comes to workout plans! Not just running on the treadmill like most trainers, he actually gives you a full body workout every time.

Two years ago I was walking across the street when I was hit by a car. I suffered neck and back injuries and ended up gaining weight. Afraid of injuring myself I stayed away from the gym. Truthfully, I wouldn't have known what to do if I went. As a local TV reporter I have to be on camera and the weight gain hurt my self esteem. I hated how I looked and felt. I was winded walking up stairs. Then I found Hugo! He has been amazing. He has gently pushed me to be the best I can be and modified exercises to accommodate my back and neck injuries. In just two months I have lost 20 pounds and 4 inches off my waist. More importantly, I feel better! For the first time since my accident. Hugo knows his stuff and because of him I am seeing results and on track to becoming the best me I can be. If you're looking for a personal trainer Hugo is the real deal! I can't recommend him strongly enough.

I've been working out with Daniel for nearly four years and his classes have completely changed how I approach fitness and my personal training. Daniel incorporates many different styles and approaches to training including boxing, sleds, sandbags, kettlebells, bands, and body-weight exercises. Each class works your conditioning, as well as your strength and balance. His sessions continue to evolve and adapt with his clients and the industry to ensure that each class is different and meets the needs of members, while still continuing to challenge and push everyone to the next level. I would highly recommend EDGE Performance Training to anyone seriously interested in fitness and improving their workouts.

GREAT personal trainer! He knows what he is doing but doesn’t make everything too serious, you’ll laugh a lot throughout your sessions. I have only been to training sessions for less than a month but can see (and feel) results. Mason really looks out for the best in his clients.

Ishmael started training with me after I had become very out of shape and overweight. I had no motivation to work out until I started training with him. His style of training was extremely effective in motivating me to work hard at the gym. Since training with him I have found a new passion in working out. Ishmael also developed a diet plan for me that actually works. It's strict a diet plan but it's easy to follow and has resulted in rapid weight loss. Ishmael is not only a great fitness trainer but is also very knowledgeable in nutrition. Ishmael is an excellent motivator and truly cares about the people he is training.

I have worked with Candace for several months now and have had the best experience with her! She really listens to my goals and creates workout programs to directly address them, while taking into account my skill level and injuries. I have already seen incredible results. Additionally, Candace is so personable and easy to work with, and makes the workouts a lot of fun. She is really responsive and great about working me in when I have to miss a session due to work. I am so grateful that I found Candace and am excited to continue working with her. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a personal trainer!

Jay always makes sure to thoroughly explain each step of the workout, he takes times to cater to my needs and is patient. Jay's schedule is always flexible which is great for my busy lifestyle, and he never makes me feel rushed during our workout sessions. Rick is an amazing personal trainer and I credit him with helping me change my thinking about working out. I am temporarily in a wheelchair and he developed a special work out routine to fit my disability. I had been to other personal trainers but it seemed we spent more time trying to figure out what to do next instead of working out. Not with Rick. After our initial meeting he had obviously spent a lot of time on his own working out a great routine for me. I feel healthier for it. I was sad to see him move and miss him ALOT. Rick doesn't just become your trainer he really CARES about you and your health and progress.

In the last 10+ years, Sydney is the only coach/trainer that I have found with dynamic range, sensitivity, genuine respect, and awareness to cater her training, whether you're a competitive athlete or just trying to get back in shape. She deeply cares about helping people get better/healthier, but she doesn't force it. She has helped me figure out what I want, rather than what she wants, which is rare in this industry where it's easy to cop-out and say, "take a few vitamins, do horrible workouts, juice cleanse, and you'll be fine." The list is endless, but I can't say enough about what a great trainer she is, and an even better person.

I've had a great experience with this service! It's given me access to a professional trainer at an affordable price, and I've gotten the best results so far because the workouts are specifically designed for me. Also, I love the flexibility to be able to complete the workouts when it fits my schedule. Joel knows his stuff too. He's got tons of knowledge and background in health and fitness and is always available if I need adjustments made to my workouts, or even a motivational lift. I'd recommend him to anyone.
