Had low water pressure. Called another plumbing company but they couldn’t figure it out. Called Optimal and they diagnosed and resolved the problem within an hour. Couldn’t be more pleased. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, Optimal will be my first call.

$430 TO CLEAN TWO CLOGGED TOILETS (one actually, since the other was slowly draining but not critical). It took their pro 10 min. AND if they were to remove one of the toilets, the price would have gone UP TO $730!!! They do tell the price ONLY AFTER their guy checked the problem. But they have a regular price. Just do not want to spook you with it. If there was’t a bunch of kids poop swimming in the toilet, I would never agreed to this! Otherwise, they did their job. They answered my message lightning fast. Their service is great! BUT their prices are OUTRAGEOUS. If you want super fast and expensive, these are your guys for sure. If you’re not in a hurry. Keep looking for MUCH lower prices. Satisfied with their work but the price point left me feeling robbed.

We'd orginally reached out because our Water Heater burst and needed to be replaced on the weekend. He responded right away about getting us on his schedule. We then decided to replace the water heater ourselves. In our efforts we broke a piping attachement and needed to call him for help. Again he responded right away and was even able to come out that day which was a Sunday. He has us up and running in no time and gave my husband some pointers along the way. Great guy! Totally professional and honest. Highly reccomend him. Will use him for all our plumbing needs and reccomend him to everyone we know.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new customers is to meet them, assess the situation, and provide them with as many viable options as their problem may have. Some people want the nicest things for their forever home and sometimes I am dealing with a landlord who wants the industry standard done to get the tenants back up and running. We like to review all options and find the optimal solution for each client and their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have acquired my P1 unlimited plumbing license, Level 4 septic installation/repair license in the state of NC.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a third generation plumber/water treatment technician. My Grandfather was into water treatment and my father has a business doing solely water treatment in another state now.
