Mr. Roger showed up for appointment on time, however the tenant stated she had to leave the house, so she won't have time to wait. Roger was very professional and even though it was inconvenient to him, he was able to reschedule next day appointment. When he came next day, he quickly was able to diagnose and reseal my shower drain which was causing water to leak down to my ceiling. His charges are very reasonable as well, definitely I will hire him in future for any plumbing repairs needed.

Roger was very responsive and was able to evaluate our plumbing issue quickly. He did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong, and what needed to be done. He was very easy to work with and friendly. We will definitely reach out to him again the next time we need a plumber.
