I submitted a request and quickly received a response. The work was scheduled and completed the following day. The technician improved my knowledge of gas logs. While the technician was on site, he stated all types of work they do. Which was helpful because I needed this work to be done.
He was knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. He also helped clean up after the work was completed.

Details: Fireplace cleaning • Fireplace repair • Gas-burning fireplace with no vents • Metal • Indoors • Less than 10 years old • Single-level building • Homeowner

At the end of the day I was very happy with the work that was done! They did have to come by twice over a 3 day period to complete the work I hoped could be done in a single visit. The pricing was reasonable and competitive.

Details: Not enough airflow / Blocked vents • Different temperatures across property • Heating and cooling • Single-level building • House • Owner
