Construction is work in progress as well as design in progress. In our ever changing market new design ideas and trends at times lend changes in the field complementing the original design. I am living in a 1950 home that needed upstairs bathroom repair for toilet and shower and water leakage onto the kitchen ceiling. Larry and Chaz delt calmly with everything from ceiling rejecting the new paint job to stopped up drains. There was much problem solving and working around oddities of this house. I was very comfortable with their plans and they kept me informed about progress. Over 1 1/2 weeks with also working around my family. They were also willing to do additional small things-as blow the leaves off my roof (awesome)--offered when a trip to the roof needed to be done due to the stopped up drain. A great experience all the way around. I have recommended this company to 3-4 of my friends
