Using Meagan was the best value of our daughter's wedding. We live in Charlotte and the wedding was in Siler City. We hired Meagan as a day of the wedding coordinator. She and her staff was on top of everything. I could not have enjoyed the wedding without them. Thank you for making this such a wonderful day for us all. I highly recommended them !!!

Jocelyn was the day-of-coordinator for our wedding, and we would not have been able to pull off such an amazing event without her. To say that she was prepared is an understatement. She met with us several times in the months leading up to our wedding, during which we discussed every possible detail of the wedding (there were so many things we hadn't thought of!). She took thorough notes that she later organized into a day-of timeline for the wedding day! Jocelyn is also very connected to local vendors of all kinds, which helped us find an incredible DJ and makeup artist (and save money!). Throughout the planning process, we had a few family issues, but Jocelyn helped us tackle each concern thoughtfully while reminding us to keep things in prospective. The day of our wedding was perfect! Jocelyn and her team did not exclude a single detail. The ceremony was organized flawlessly, the reception venue was set up better than my husband and I could have fathomed, and the smooth flow of events allowed us and our guests to enjoy the event to its maximum. I can say with confidence that there were several things we didn't even know about that Jocelyn and her team were three steps ahead of. Jocelyn outdid herself as a professional with her attention to our wedding, but she also outdid herself personally by truly caring for my husband and me. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Oak and Dagger was a great place to hold our event. Monica was very helpful working with us to reserve the space and setting the menu. On the day of the event the staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was great. We will definitely be holding more events at Oak and Dagger.
We highly recommend Lilli's coordinating services based on our experience with her as our wedding day of coordinator. She delivers professional service at an excellent value. Before the wedding, she was organized, asked questions that we might not otherwise have thought of, and prevented things from falling off our radar. As promised, she learned all of our vendor details beforehand and contacted vendors to finalize their arrival. On the day of the wedding, Lilli did a great job managing everything. She put out fires for us, acted on our requests promptly, and communicated with us efficiently when our input was necessary but did not overburden us with details or decisions.
I loved working with Ashley and Trent to make my wedding day perfect. They were so attentive to my wants and made sure they fully understood my vision for my wedding. They helped make appointments and went with me to those appointments to take notes, point some things out, offer suggestions, but everything was still completely my decision. They are a great team and I had so much fun with them. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but they took all of that away! The day of the wedding they were both there to make sure everything went smoothly and went off without a hitch. They kept me laughing and enjoying every moment while they took care of all of the little details with such care. I hired Paris to direct my wedding the week before. I did not have flowers or a cake and had to change venues at the last minute. Paris was able to work in a limited time frame and pulled off an almost impossible job! I thought I was going to have to cancel my wedding but she saved the day. Thanks!
Amy was a tremendous help during my wedding day and through all the details prior. My day would not have been as perfect without her. She helped me with all the details from the moment I became engaged to the wedding day. She also organized and hosted my engagement party, which was beautiful and everyone had an amazing time. She has a great eye for detail and also seeing the big picture. She referred me to an amazing DJ and a local person that created beautiful silk flower bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. Amy also made and designed my silk flower center pieces, other silk flower displays, and other decorations for my wedding. They were so beautiful and perfect! Amy is super sweet, respectful, and dedicated to her work. She organized her own wedding and has helped many others. She is able to come up with ideas, offer advice, and work within any budget. She will not disappoint! If you need assistance in a day of wedding coorindator or help along the way, Amy is definitely a great choice! My wedding day would not have been as perfect without Outstandingly Original Occasions!
I attended a wedding that Erica organized and it was fabulous! The decor catered the bride and groom's personalities, and everything flowed smoothly. I would higher recommend Erica for anyone looking for something unique with their big event!

Emily is very professional, organized and courteous. She was a tremendous help when we planned our wedding. At first, we only hired her to assist with the day of coordination, but as we got into the planning, we asked her to help with vendors- we were thrilled with the excellent job she did coordinating services and payments. Through out the process she continued to help us by taking on additional services, going above and beyond in all she did. The week of the wedding, we ended up have a significant venue change due to folks planning to attend who did not RSVP. (We should have had her help with the invite listing and follow-up too!) Emily helped us to switch gears and re-direct quickly with the hotel. I would definitely hire Emily with Galej Events again and would highly recommend her! Paula & Richie
My now husband and I utilized Visionary Concepts for their day of Wedding Cordination package. When it came down to the very little details such as tattoo coverup for my bridesmaids Visionary concepts did an exceptional job. We worked with Sharon for a month in a half prior to our big day, and you would have though we worked together forever. My family and friends said we hired great vendors. We pride visionary concepts on Their professionalism,and poise. If I could sugggest to any bride to be, it would be to hire a corfinstor and not and family member. Sharon thanks for marking our wedding a day to remember.
Terri was wonderful and personable. it was a little chaotic whens he arrived from allof us being tired after the wedding the day before. She came in took charge and set everything up. the food was delicious. I am trying to find an excuse to use hr services again. .
Makiba is the most upbeat, creative and organized person to work with. Her outgoing personality always renewed my excitement about my upcoming day each time I met with her. She is extremely driven and her high level of motivation only encouraged me even more to get stuff done off my never-ending check list. She stayed on top of me to get stuff done! But that was necessary because if she didn't, a lot of stuff probably would have been very last minute - or not done at all. I had a handful of DIY projects in mind to do - but I kept procrastinating. If it wasn't for Makiba, they honestly would not have gotten done at all! I'm so thankful she helped me with (or either did them herself!) my DIY projects. They added a really nice personal touch to my wedding and reception that would have been missing otherwise. I'm so thankful she helped me as much as she did. I could not imagine not having her there the day of my wedding - she handled so many behind-the-scene tasks that I was not aware of and probably would have stressed me out if I did! I cannot express how much I appreciate everything she did before and most of all, the day of my wedding. If you are a bride - you HAVE to get a planner to help you, even if it is just the day of assistance. Makiba will not let you down! Not only is she professional, but she is caring and has a personality that makes you feel like family.
Claire was absolutely essential to our wedding day success. We had a 100% DIY venue and Claire and team pulled it together beautifully. It was everything I wanted my wedding day to be and more. Claire made it so I didn't have to worry about a thing! I can't recommend Claire Fedei events enough!
