5 stars aren’t enough! Moving into a new home in the middle of holiday season and a pandemic with a toddler!?? What were we thinking? Ben did a FANTASTIC job with fixing up our dresser and nightstands. He even identified issues with the wood that was delivered and provided recommendations for how to fix it (without us having to go through the trouble of dealing with returns/exchanges). He was really kind and friendly, and really great at furniture assembly! Will definitely engage him again in the future, if needed. Highly recommend to others. Note: Due to an unexpected larger than anticipated project prior to ours, Ben did end up coming later than the original time. The GREAT thing is that he proactively communicated the delay as soon as he realized and offered to come later in the day or reschedule for a another day/time. We asked him to come later in the evening as we wanted the work done that day itself, and he was kind enough to still come despite having had a longer day than originally planned. Thanks, Ben, for your help and dedication! You went above and beyond, and we really appreciate it.
