Yeong has changed my life . I had developed aches and pains for a young woman in her fifties. My husband gave me a gift certificate with Yeong to try yoga with her 8 years ago. I never thought 8 years later, I would still be with her. She not only taught yoga, big she cared for our bodies. She reminded to drink plenu of water, take hot baths and breath. Her massage was more tha massage. It was an experience. Thank you Yeong. NC is lucky to have you . Miss you everyday .

i am a beginner level at yoga and am often intimidated about being in class with others. Laura does a great job of explaining and pacing the positions such that i was able to follow her instructions and not feel left out. she has great energy and a kind spirit and i highly recommend this yogi.
