Peter was great to work with, didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything I didn’t need and didn’t exaggerate anything he recommended. Just told me facts and his suggestions. I had one small issue with some of the installation that he was quick to fix and didn’t give me any sort of hard time. A genuine guy, would definitely use again if there was any more insulation work I needed

I used Koala to install blown in insulation in my garage and master bath room. The crew of Eric and Epic were very professional and kept me informed throughout the project. They did a great job and cleaned up at the end of the job. I would highly recommend them and would just them again.

I requested a few quotes for Blown In Insulation from around the Triangle Area while we are renovating our house. Eric "Juicy" VP of Sales did a wonderful job with communication and the sales process, while Eric VP of Operations were onsite during the service. They did a wonderful job, had the best price in town, and were very clear about the best practices in an area I was unfamiliar with. I will continue to use them in the future for any project I can.

Koala did a pretty good job. The projected was completed as expected. I’m deducting a couple stars because the left my house a mess, and also badly smudged many of my walls. The project was completed, and has made a small difference, but not quite as large as I would have liked.

Our pricing is competitive but not the cheapest. We hire better workers, use better machines, and offer a better quality customer experience, so we are not the cheapest option.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with the customer to schedule a time to have an estimator do a free walk through. After we listen to the customers concerns, we customize solution(s) to fix the problem while working to stay in their budget. We arrive promptly and strive to deliver a finished job, the right way, every time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been involved with construction my entire life.
