Thomas was very responsive to my request to replace my front door lock that was giving me issues. He had availability that day and was able to be at my house within 2 hours of initial response. He was very knowledgeable and quickly took out my broken lock and replaced it with the new one I purchased.

I used I Know a Guy Locksmithing back in 2024 to have my locks changed. My mother and I were moving into a new home, we were never given the keys to the property and Guy came to help us within the next day! He was very quick and the service was affordable. I recommend him to anyone who would ever need locksmith services!

Initial communication was good. However he wasn't there on time, I messaged him again and he claimed he didn't have address. I gave him my cell 3 hours earlier in the app. He said the app doesn't show the exact address on his end. But he never asked for it until i msg 15 min after he was late. He never called to ask for address. He apologized for being 1.5 hours late said he was on another job before me and still charged me the same price. I even asked him to come down off the price for being so late and re refused. I needed the repair done, so I paid it. Customer communication is important, especially if you want future business.
