The owner is very responsive and will go the extra mile to work with you to establish a meet-up/ drop-off location if you're unable to get your car to his company location. Ray's was able to get my car, take it to get detailed and returned it to me all while I was at work before I even clocked out. I was fully impressed! The guys that work was him definitely take pride in their work as they insist that you fully inspect your vehicle for satisfaction before they leave. They even told me that if I get home and found something I wasn't satisfied with that I should contact them and they would make it right. To say that they did a phenomenal job is for lack of better words. They do miraculous work! I have a very active 3-year old chocolate labrador retriever and I took her and her two doggy friends-- a border collie mix and lab/ pit mix who I took on trails and outdoors-y adventures all summer. Pair the mud, dirt, and grass stains AND heavy fur shed? My suv had been THROUGH destpite faithfully using car seat and trunk covers, and vacuuming. I never thought it was possible to get rid of it all. I've had my car detailed in the past but there was always significant remnants of dog fur or stubborn dirt stain. I unfortunately had the expectation that it was completely impossible to even get 90-97% of all that dog fur. They definitely proved me wrong! All that to say, the price and process is worth it. 5/5 stars. Highly recommended!! You will not be disappointed! Ps. My only regret was not taking post-detailing pictures of their great work. :("See more
