FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and reasonable. Factors I consider are the size of the group and whether the client is a college, company, high school or a nonprofit organization. I am absolutely sure we will work things out so that I can make the experience memorable for your group (youth and/or adults).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being the enthusiastic human that I am, I would love to have conversation with you (on the phone or face-to-face). This way, I can give you a glimpse of the passion I have for making a difference. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss the ways in which my talents will meet your needs and bring enormous value to to your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to facilitating hundreds of career development workshops in seven states for a global career management firm, I have inspired youth and adults through speaking engagements and workshops at the following: Duke University, North Carolina State University, Wake Forest University, YMCA, Wake County Lifelong Learning, Orlando's Mayor Youth Employment Program, ECPI University, Capital Area Workforce, and the G.A.P Teen Entrepreneurship Camp. While in a full-time career coaching role at the University of Central Florida, I was a regular guest speaker at fraternities, sororities, classes, and organizations. I am certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and incorporate it into career transition classes, individual coaching, and team building workshops. Prior to my life as a speaker and consultant, I worked in recruiting capacities with the Hilton at Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. My degree in Mass Communications carries with it an emphasis in Public Communication and Human Relations, from Western Illinois University.
