- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes the pricing varies to the type of service they hired me for.I can be hired just as a consultant because the couple want to do it themselves and do not know where to begin. or they might want me to orchestrate the wedding they have prepared with just me helping them with the Rehearsal and be there on the wedding day. or They might want to hire me for the complete wedding day package my most popular one where I stat working on their wedding 2 months prior to their big day. I also help with contracts, making appointments with all vendors involved, rehearsal and the big day. they will get a better and detailed ideas on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone consultation which is complimentary. it gives the client and me the opportunity to see whether we are the right fit for one another. once the clients feel, I like how this wedding planner sound/cares about us/her demeanor/ i just want her to do my wedding...then we can proceed to me preparing a contract...a deposit is required at that time. then I will actively work on their wedding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional wedding and event planner from the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultant. Kristina is always attending Seminars to stay educated and on top of the wedding industry.
