I've been searching for a trainer for some time. I'm glad that I found Sam. He genuinely cares about you. He's passionate about what he does and wants to make sure that you have good outcomes. The program is simple: Follow the diet, walk a lot, and do the training session 3x a week and you will start seeing results. If you're serious about making a change, Sam is your guy.

Sam is fanatically passionate about his clients’ success. He is the personification of a true coach from the perspective that he truly owns his craft, all while making sure you as a client feel like your goals are attainable. He takes the efforts of his clients personally, never promising a magic pill or formula, but effort-based results. If you follow Sam’s program, of which he gives you all of the tools, you will be successful. Do not sign on with Sam if you’re not willing to put the 24-hour work in: sleep, diet, training. If all trainers were like Sam, the stigma associated with training would not exist. The workout world is lucky there’s just one!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I focus mainly on clients that train multiple times a week. I find it challenging to see a big difference in fitness when I see them only once a week. My prices are low when I meet 3 or more times they are $50 per session. Less times a week the price goes up per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First I give a complimentary assessment where I asked the client a series of questions to get to know them and their health and fitness better. I try to find there (why) basically what drives them. It is important to address there mental aspect and self limiting beliefs if there is any. What is the goal is step 1. Step 2 what if anything stands in our way of getting it. 3. Let’s get to work. It’s very import to set a clear cut vision of what we as a team are shooting for and it’s my job to steer the ship so to speak on course towards the destination.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?NESTA certified I was with them before NASM existed so I stuck with them. Also have NFPT and PN 1 which is a nutrition cert. worked as a strength coach back in 2010 for the UNC soccer teams select players. Worked with people fairing from age 14 to 90 yrs old. My main focus is weight loss it is where I’ve put the majority of my focus. It’s where you can make the biggest difference.
