- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I started Vaca My Way Travel because I was looking for the best value. I often travel with my entire family and that can become costly. Extra fees is not beneficial to me because I love to save money for myself and my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with the customer to get a better understanding of their travel needs. I like to know things like do they travel alone, or with a spouse or partner. If they usual travel with their parents or kids.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I joined Inteletravel in 2017 and quickly became a certified Dream Maker then steadfast gained a certificate as a Vacation builder. I have been a continued member of CLIA since Feb 2017. I'm trained in Building Client Loyalty, Effective Presentation Skills, Converting Prospects to Customers, 20 Best Practices for Travel Agent, CLIA State of the Cruise Industry. Most recently I received Accessible Travel Certificate obtained 06/16/2019. I am currently working on my ACC with CLIA.
